Out of Scope


SupportMart is a third party tech support service for all problems computer and computer peripheral related. Our online service is brand and warranty independent, which means we will help you out with your laptop/desktop computer of any brand, even after expiration of warranty period. Some vendors withdraw support for outdated proprietary software; we cover these as well.

Although we would like to cover the entire spectrum of computer and peripheral issues within our service, we are constrained by the remote nature of our support. Remote connectivity is key to our support service, thus, we cannot support issues requiring on-site assistance such as replacing hardware.

  1. I thought that you provide hardware support as well. A call changed my thoughts and got to know that SupportMart is not a fraudwatcher.
