Support Mart a scam? – Wrong Conception

This post is for all distressed customers out there, who are unsatisfied with their current tech support providers and would like to get better services for the money being paid. If you are one such customer or know someone in your circle who is feel free to share this post. This is one in a series of posts from SupportMart’s User Awareness initiative.

Recently, we received a call from a person inquiring about our tech support services. He seemed very skeptical when we elaborated on our service portfolio, as if wanting to say SupportMart is a scam. During the conversation, he revealed how he had been swindled by two tech support companies, if you may call them that. So, when he presented us the problem of persistent virus attacks on his computer, he did not expect us to be able to solve it.
After going through our website and reading SupportMart reviews, he decided to sign up for our single-incident based plan. At SupportMart, we understand every customer has unique requirements and this is why we have devised four different paid plan packages. So, whether you want support for a single issue or total coverage for four different Windows systems, you’ll find tailor-made plans from SupportMart. Still if you have any concerns with SupportMart plans, let us know.
Coming back to our case study, this customer had been facing troubles with a certain computer virus for several months. This virus had slowed down his system considerably and served up annoying pop-ups even when the device was not connected to the internet. At times, programs would be shut down without warning. Naturally, this was a serious issue hampering work productivity. He did run an antivirus suite and was able to determine the presence of a virus but the suite failed to remove it. Even online scanners were not of much help.
He presented this issue to our technician who inspected his computer via remote access. After two unsuccessful attempts to remove this virus, our technician transferred this problem to our emergency response (ER) team. Although such instances requiring intervention of top level experts are few and far between, they are always available to help out with any issue that requires a higher level of specialization. If SupportMart was looking to de-fraud you, we would take your payment with no guarantee of problem resolution. As this case illustrates, we are always prepared for any type of issue related to your PC. We say this with confidence because we go to great lengths to ensure our tech team has the necessary level of expertise and training required to deal with complex issues.
Our support team got working on this right away and in a single session the issue was successfully resolved. That’s one happier customer for us! If you have any such outstanding computer problems, call SupportMart at its toll-free number or message us at http://www.supportmart.net/contact-us and we will help fix them.
Stay tuned for more posts in SupportMart’s User Awareness portal.
