SupportMart Customers Reviews say that it is not Fraud

We've received a complaint online at one of the consumer complaints Website highlighting us as a Scam, which is not true at all. Check our reply herein.

Hi there,

We care for our customers and deeply regret any inconvenience you’ve experienced when taking service from SupportMart. Please note we have been offering great satisfaction to all our customers through our tech support services, and situations like the one you have mentioned are very rare. It’s more of an exception, and not the rule. Nonetheless, we do strive to ensure such incidents do not repeat, ever again.

1. To begin with, we suggest you go through SupportMart Scam posts where we’ve described the services we provide and the procedure we follow. We guarantee that SupportMart is not a Scam. 2. Coming to the next point, we never charge extra money; we provide help with your consent as our support is always offered on-demand. You mentioned we tried selling a $350 program to you; this is impossible as we do not sell any products or programs to customers. It is very clearly mentioned on our website as well as our blogs that we do not purchase or help you purchase any products. Customers will only be charged for any tech support services provided by SupportMart.

3. Moreover, when you approach us for service, we analyze your issue and let you know everything including the approximate time to troubleshoot and how we would be fixing your problem. But before this, our Sales team will explain to you the costs involved and once you have decided to purchase a support plan, you will be connected to a tech support agent.  Therefore, our technician doesn’t deal with money matters. We also inform you if we’re not able to handle your issue for any reason. Naturally, you will not be charged unless we have fixed your problem. In short, we would say, we offer 100% transparency with our services.

4. The services we offer are completely secure and we never take remote access of your computer without telling you. And, it’s just not possible until you have provided some details required for remote access, from your end. We request you to not blame us for such impractical things. If remote access is to be done, we explain each and everything prior to doing so.

5. Furthermore, our helpline is active 24/7 and, if you’re not able to connect with us, you can use our contact info to leave a message. Rest assured, we’ll respond as soon as possible.

6. We never hang up on customers; instead, we give a call back if a user has left his/her contact info along with the message. Additionally, all our calls are recorded for quality monitoring purposes and for instances such as these, when a customer reports a complaint. So, it is not possible that there are no traces of any calls being made to us. Please get in touch with our customer care team and let us work together to resolve your issue.
